Delivery

You will only be able to purchase wines that are “in stock” from our online shop hence we will aim to deliver your wines in 2-3 working days to UK mainland. Please note we currently only offer weekday delivery. All UK mainland orders are handled by APC overnight who will give you a delivery time window, either by email or text. You’ll receive email updates so you can track the progress of your delivery, and if you provide a mobile telephone number, you’ll also receive an interactive SMS to let you know the progress of your parcel.

We take wine delivery seriously which is why your wine is packaged in the best transit solution possible. We use a 100% recycled pulpsafe system manufactured in the UK and that is compostable or recyclable. This provides maximum protection for all orders from single bottles up to our twelve bottles cases.

Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and you will be given a fixed price once you reach checkout depending on the weight of your order. Our weight brackets are as follows:

-       0.0 – 10.00kg (Approx. 1 – 6 Bottles) = £15.00

-       20.01kg + (Approx. 13 – 24 Bottles) = £20.00

For orders more than 24 Bottles please get in touch directly so we can quote you the best possible price.

Returns

If your wine is not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for the collection of it and re-despatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance.

We take special care to ensure your goods are packed safely and securely, using approved packaging but occasionally and unfortunately, some breakages or damage may occur. Any damage to the order that has occurred during transit must be reported to us as soon as possible on receipt of the goods. If there is visible damage upon delivery, this must be reported to the courier. All goods must be examined and we must be notified by email info@focuswines.co.uk of any breakages within 24 hours of signing for the order. We may ask you to send us photos of the damage before further action is taken.

From time to time we all find the odd faulty bottle, if this does happen then please let us know straight away and return the bottle to us as soon as possible with the stopper. We will then inspect the wine and come back to you with a solution.
