The palate is pure and precise with a steely character and great structured fruit. Notes of lemon, vanilla and honey. Light use of oak with good acidity keeping the wine in check. Drink by 2028 with pork, rich fish, vegetarian food and poultry. Rating for this wine have gone through the roof in recent times and sadly the price with it but still worth every penny - delicious
