An excellent introduction to the Nebbiolo grape harvested from vines around La Morra aged in old Oak. Ruby-red colour with beautiful bouquet of violets, red fruits and white pepper hints. The wine shows nice density, with good structure and fine tannins with hints of vanilla and oak. The wine benefits from a good long decant when drunk young - around two hours should do the trick. Partners perfectly with grilled red meats or poultry
